This is an opportunity to spend time in silent meditation practice. Getting together with fellow practitioners gives strength and is an ideal environment where those who would like to sit more than they currently do, can be supported by the group endeavour of like-minded meditators.
The emphasis will be on Calm abiding meditation, focusing on the breath. It will be assumed that participants have already had some instructions.
On Full Day Practice Days there is an opportunity to come to a brief Meditation instruction session at 9.45am – 10.15am please send an email to info@buddhism.ie if you want to come
