Tara Rokpa Therapy Weekend

November 29 @ 7:00 pm - December 1 @ 1:00 pm

This experiential workshop, based on the teachings of Akong Tulku Rinpoche a doctor of Tibetan Medicine and meditation master; is designed to facilitate an exploration and contemplation of the elements in their gross and subtle manifestations. Thereby helping us to become more aware of how to balance these elements and look at how their imbalance affects our lives and health. These elements are both the essential building blocks of all of existence and also what manifest to us in the natural world as well as being what we are made of.

The principal characteristics and essence of the elements will be explored both in nature and in inner contemplation. At this time when we appear as a society of lost touch with the natural world in which we live and which is facing such a crisis in terms of biodiversity and climate change, we look to enhance our connection and with the natural world.

This module can be taken as a standalone module or as part of the Back to Beginnings process, which is part of Tara Rokpa Therapy. www.tararokpa.org
